Red Lotus had a strong foundation—committed instructors, consistent classes, and a clear mission—but struggled with low attendance. The issue wasn’t quality, it was clarity.
Many people in the community didn’t fully understand what Red Lotus offered, who it was for, or how to get started.

We created a Clear Skies Action Plan focused on simplifying their message, increasing visibility, and building sustainable growth.
Clarified messaging to make yoga feel approachable

Red Lotus now has a clear, approachable message that removes intimidation and invites people in. With a focused strategy and simplified systems, they are positioned for consistent attendance, stronger community engagement, and long-term growth.
